Personal information
At times, we may ask you to supply personal information via FOHKC's website fohkcdonate.com. Personal information is anything that enables us to identify you in some way, such as your name and an email address. If you supply such information, we are legally bound to ensure that such information is only used for the purpose for which it was requested and also to ensure that the data is held securely.Personal information provided to or gathered by FOHKC for transaction purposes will only be used by FOHKC and our financial agents to process your order and retain a record of that transaction.

We may collect and record information in order for us to understand more about how our site is used and in turn to make sure that the site reflects your needs. Confidentiality
FOHKC’s website may include links to other sites, not owned or managed by FOHKC. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy of data collected by websites not managed by FOHKC.

Who we share information with
FOHKC does not rent or sell mailing details to any third party. Occasionally FOHKC works with partner organizations or companies to send you information. However, we will not simply add your name to another organization's database.

Access to your information
You may request a copy of any personal information that FOHKC has about you. Please write to our office as listed on our contact page. FOHKC will reply within 40 days of receipt of your written request and payment.
